Thank-You, Amazon!

I did not get paid to write this post. This is my own words.
Each Amazon.com sample box is unique and may not contain these particular items.

Create a baby registry on Amazon and when enough has been purchased from said registry, you can order a free Welcome Box!

It may look like tiny, but it was packed with so many goodies and samples!

Pampers: diaper baggie, one diaper, small package of wipes, and several coupons

One package of Huggies wipes

A sample of Baby Dove wash

One Bloom Baby wipe

A sample of Aveeno Baby lotion

A breastfeeding guide & Avent breast pads, 2 nighttime and 2 daytime

Three sample pouches of Dreft Purtouch Liquid Baby Laundry Detergent

I feel that for a free sample box this is a nice collection of items - the blanket itself is worth getting the box! So soft and cute!

Baby's Nineteen Week Update

My Baking Time:

19 Weeks.

from BabyCenter.com

What's New:

I'm starting to get a greasy coating on my skin called vernix caseosa. This will help regulate my body temperature as well as protect my skin. Daddy hopes this stuff is all gone by time I am born...

How Big Am I:

A large tomato.

from Google

My stats:

6.02 inches from crown to rump and 8.47 ounces

What is Happening On the Farm:

Momma and Gramma Briggs went to the ladies movie and lunch event at the Williston SDA church. Momma said it was an excellent movie that she will show me someday when I'm bigger.

Momma, Daddy, Uncle Peter, and Gramma Briggs attended the St. Albans Co-op annual meeting at the (Sheraton) Hotel Burlington to hear what the co-op has been doing the last year.

We had some friends down after church for lunch and an ice skating party. Momma didn't skate, but she had fun watching the kids learn.

A fun Sabbath afternoon ice skating at the farm

Baby's Eighteen Week Update

My Baking Time:

18 Weeks.

from BabyCenter.com

What's New:

I can hear! I can hear the blood whoosing through the umbilical cord, Momma's tummy growing and expanding to fit around me, and, best of all, I can hear Momma's heart beat! That lulls me right to sleep. :-) I can also hear Momma and Daddy talk to me! Eeek!

How Big Am I:
A bell pepper.

from Google

My stats:

5.59 inches from crown to rump and 6.7 ounces

Doctor:

We saw OB Dr. Amy Thibault this week for our appointment.

The nurse thought Momma's heart rate (138/88) was a little high, but the doc wasn't concerned. After all, they took it right after getting us into the room and Momma has a cold.

My heart beat was 145. 😍

What is Happening On the Farm:

Momma and Daddy went to the Sweetheart Dinner with cousins at the Trader Duke Hotel in Burlington, Vermont.

This week was Bourdeau Bros. of Middlebury's customer appreciation breakfast - 3 of Momma's favorite days of the year! 😜

So thankful for the technology that allows us to have some flexibility in farming

Ready to feed the fuzzy babies

The barn kitties have to have their own dishes so they don't get into the calf buckets 😜
